We the People Store Product Warranty

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the terms "we" and "our" describe We the People Store and wethepeoplenet.com, and are to be used interchangeably. Further, use of the terms "you" and "your" describe the customer as listed in our records at the time of purchase, and are to be used interchangeably.

We the People Store, it's employees and affiliates, will not be held liable for any claims outside the the Terms and Conditions as set forth below. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

3 Day Product Guarantee

Should you receive your product and it is received damaged, or not what you ordered in specified size, color, or item number, Contact us within 3 days of receiving the product and we will gladly get the item replaced so that it is as ordered. We don't accept returns on items that have been washed, worn, or have their tags removed. Include "Incorrect Product Claim" in the subject header and include a picture of the item that clearly shows the damage, or shows that the item is not what you ordered. Pictures must be in jpg or png format and be no larger than 2MB. We will respond to your claim as quickly as possible. Shipping charges may apply.

30 Day Product Guarantee

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturer defects for a period of 30 days from the date that you receive the product. We strive to consistently provide quality and value to our customers. Should a problem arise from the manufacture of one of our products within the 30 day period, we will gladly replace the item with an identical replacement in style, design, color and sized item as specified in the original order.

While we make every effort to ensure the product color matches the product as depicted on the website, we recognize that there are inherent color variations in color calibrations across the wide spectrum of consumer digital devices and therefore We the People Store will not be held reponsible for slight variations in color due to it's digital representation on said devices.

To have a defective item replaced, Contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. Include "Warranty Claim" in the subject header and include a picture of the item that clearly shows the defect. Pictures must be in jpg or png format and be no larger than 2MB. We will respond to your claim as quickly as possible. Shipping charges may apply.
